Which version of SuRVoS are you using and which graphics card? What error do you get in the command window?
I am using the latest version of SuRVoS as it has only recently been installed. I have not been informed of which graphics card was installed but everything was working fine until python stopped working.
The error from oython I get is: Python has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
I do not get an error message in the Anaconda command prompt as the whole thing crashes and closes
Why don't you try opening a command prompt and then run SuRVoS from there then when the program crashes it would leave the error messages in the prompt.
I do not know how to run it in a command prompt, besides the anaconda command prompt. Can I run it from a normal command prompt?
Yes you can run in anaconda command prompt.
So whenever the python error message comex up in python, all it says in the command promt is that it is generating supervoxels (what I was trying to do in SuRVoS). It forces you to cross off the python error message and then the anaconda prompt crashes without saying any error message, it just closes
What is the size of the input image?
I think around 500,000 KB
Are dimensions greater than 1024 x 1024 x 1024?
No they are 10 x 10 x 10 I believe
That's strange how can volume/image size with 10 x 10 x 10 has file size 500MB
Apologies, the settings I put in for supervoxel were 10 x 10 x 10. The file size is around 500 MB and it said something about 946 x 946
Other reason it could fail is out of memory. is it possible to share the dataset for testing? Please send the link to my work email. srikanth.nagella @ stfc.ac.uk
Hi,
I have been using SuRVoS on Windows 10 with anaconda3 command prompt and it works fine until I either try and add supervoxels or try and add annotations. Can anyone help as I have been trying to fix the problem for a while now
Thanks Lizzie
