How SynchWeb is integrated with EDNA #811

@ndg63276 Dear Mark, I'd like to ask you how synchweb integrates with EDNA.

Because you told me yesterday that SynchWeb doesn't integrate with MxCube.

I don't know if you use mxcube or not, and what is the integration relationship between MxCube and EDNA.

Synchweb only shows what is in ISPyB. You can use anything you like to put data or processing results into ISPyB. If you run EDNA, and put the results into ISPyB, Synchweb will show it. We don't use MXCube, but I understand it is to collect data, if you make it push to ISPyB, Synchweb will show it.

@ndg63276 Dear mark, Which data collection software does your ispyb integrate with, and does it also integrate EDNA?

We use GDA to collect data, and do run EDNA as well as a number of other processing pipelines. Anything can push data into ISPyB, it's just a database, and Synchweb shows what is in ISPyB.
