Module loadable (or equivalent) CLI #402

As a user, I would like to module load the CLI client library (or have a similarly easy way of accessing it from a DLS workstation)

Acceptance Criteria:

The blueapi CLI is easily accessible from a DLS workstation
It is easy to configure to my individual beamline (ideally everything is worked out from ${BEAMLINE} but that may not be possible)

No, this can be done at any time

could be, but making non-ready software to all users might be bad for trust.

the converse is that that way there would be a larger testing effort volume, but it's not like there would be spare capacity to respond to those promptly
