Ophyd pin tip: Write image on every read #290

As a developer it would be useful to see every image that the pin tip detection algorithm used to find a tip, including the edge and the tip drawn on the image. This image should be the exact image that the algorithm was run on and should be saved regardless of if a pin is found or not

Acceptance Criteria

Whenever the pin tip detection is read from it produces an image

After discussion we should:

store raw array data as this is what the edge is calculated on
store it all in one place to keep track of data size and not complicate the device just for temporary diagnostics
save in numpy compressed array format
tag with timestamps, sample name, whether pin was detected or not
