Add {detector,stream,monitor} / {stream/config} parameters to generation #8

Ensure we don't get clashes by adding structure to attribute names when adding to the EigerController class, e.g. detector/.../status/state -> DetectorStatus:State (not sure on the formatting, let's see how they look like this)
