Changes for Issue #3: In-depth review Many changes, see comments in issue #3, including:

logging.py added, logging module used throughout
behaviour of HdfMap changed, now takes h5py.File as input.
Added NexusLoader
lots of functions renamed
lots of code refactoring
Nexus files now load more correctly from NXdata
Nexus file images now come from NXdetector
