Rearranging templates and samples locations #277

[x] templates folder renamed to yaml_templates, all associated dependencies updated (including symlink and pyproject)
[x] samples folder moved to tests/ with all corresponding links updated

Documentation update, will structure more later.

@dkazanc Given that you've done #223 here, could you also delete the pipeline mentioned in #222 (if it's agreed that this is also an obsolete pipeline?)

with the changes made, all tests pass and documentation links updated appropriately.
