Test Panda (needs beam)

Ask Neil for some time with beam, maybe end of the week.

We need to test:

• PandA saves positions to an .h5 file successfully (after https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/hyperion/pull/1371 is merged)
• Sequencer table is no longer overridden by the yaml loading (https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/hyperion/issues/1200). We think this is fixed, but needs confirmation
• New run-up distance is high enough, and encoder values aren't lost

For the last bullet point, we should verify the smargon encoder values are still accurate, either by rehoming the smargon and comparing it to the motor PV values, or by another method which David A has used on i04
