Fix import issues in tests

There are a few issues with our tests and we lost some imports somewhere. Tests in this branch currently pass except for test_rotation_scan_nexus_output_compared_to_existing_full_compare, which I also couldn't get to pass in older hyperion commits

To test:

1. Do thing x
2. Confirm thing y happens
