Ispyb/nexus loggers not logging to graylog #1406

On the latest Hyperion release (v9.3.1), ispyb and nexus logs aren't going to the new graylog, although they are correctly being logged to their respective .log files

Acceptance Criteria

Ispyb and nexus logs correctly sent to the new graylog
