(DiamondLightSource/dodal#604) changes to support ophyd_async for mirror voltages #1453

These changes fix breakages caused by updating the VFMMirrorVoltages device to use ophyd async

Fixes DiamondLightSource/dodal#604

Link to dodal PR (if required): DiamondLightSource/dodal#636 (remember to update setup.cfg with the dodal commit tag if you need it for tests to pass!)

To test:

  1. Tests still pass
  2. mirror stripe change continues to work
