Graylog dashboard that aggregates logs

As a scientist I would like to see all issues across the stack on the beamline. As such I would like a single graylog page that shows logs from:

• Odin
• Hyperion
• Analysis

This is going to be a very chatty log so maybe by default have it set to warnings/errors.

Acceptance Criteria

• There is a graylog dashboard that contains logs from software running on i03
• Logs for software running on other beamlines is not included

An initial first draft https://graylog.diamond.ac.uk/dashboards/66900671c6a24a627ef46e9e. You have GDA, eiger and hyperion (but only when you switch to the new version) in there. I appreciate this needs improvement:

• Need to get rid of all the PUT messages from the eiger, these should be debug, not error
• The eiger also produces a lot of Failed to parse a JSON response: messages I made https://github.com/dls-controls/eiger-detector/issues/22 to take a look at this
• GDA produces a bunch of errors on the motor when the robot is loading/unloading - I'm not going to put too much effort into this unless we see the same errors in hyperion
