that's a copied plan, I assume we take it and then just vary 2 parameters to the extremes. the issue was a bit underspecified, possibly

We don't need to copy it, we can supply different values for those parameters from the CLI or GDA. The issue was to stress test the original plan (verb, not noun). Copying it doesn't give us anything, we need to test the one that is already there, as it is. Going to close this.
