Remove correct things from GDA when rotation snapshots done in hyperion #208

As of https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/mx-bluesky/issues/211 we have tested rotation snapshots in hyperion and they work fine and there is now a gda.mx.hyperion.rotation.snapshots.enabled property that will turn on doing the snapshots. However, GDA will also still be doing the snapshots.

Acceptance Criteria

When the property is enabled GDA no longer takes snapshots for rotations
If there are other things GDA was doing in this time a new ticket is spun out
