Multiple eiger messages on failed scan #263

As seen here we're getting multiple error messages when the eiger fails, some of which are 30s between each other. This makes seeing what is going on in the logs hard. We should tidy this up

Acceptance Criteria

There are less messages on unstaging the eiger

Maybe we should just move it to ophyd_async
