Stub offsets: Collections with multiple chis fail #310

If UDC tries to do a collection on the same sample with two different chis it will fail (see https://ispyb.diamond.ac.uk/dc/visit/cm33866-5/dcg/10777435)

This is thought to be due to stub offsets

The first sweep is centred correctly, The second performs the XRC but then moves sample out of place prior to collection.
