1 month ago - GDA was not sending the correct aperture to hyperion for rotations - fix in GDA

- On native collection chi changes hyperion is reloading the sample and failing to XRC (see https://ispyb.diamond.ac.uk/dc/visit/cm37235-4/dcg/12737022) - fixed by checking if pin is already loaded in hyperion - https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/mx-bluesky/issues/240
- On chi change the XRC was not running with a different chi and the backlight wasn't going in - https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/mx-bluesky/issues/472
- Issue with getting webcam image https://graylog.diamond.ac.uk/messages/graylog-daq-mx-hyperion_21/22948111-6ead-11ef-b326-729cf3ce7ac5 - tried changing it to take the webcam and oav snapshots sequentially rather than together
