Add Chinese (Traditional) to opensubtitles converter #26

Chinese (Traditional) is supported by opensubtitles.org, but there is no way to distinguish Chinese (Simplified) and Chinese (Traditional) by using only ISO-639-2/b chi. So I extended the converter to convert zht which is used by opensubtitles.org: http://www.opensubtitles.org/addons/export_languages.php

Coverage decreased (-2.3%) to 85.853% when pulling 51fad54d8cc9e6002a4cf90419f96907bbf6ed62 on dimotsai:opensubtitles into f403000dd63092cfaaae80be9f309fd85c7f20c9 on Diaoul:master.
