Partial IETF Support #4

Partial IETF representation of a Language should be possible: fr-FR, en-US, de It is currently used in __str__ with alpha3

Once #3 is implemented, the script subtag can be represented aswell: be-Cyrl, fr-Latn

Fixed with 9c6d7ebf7a3a507d5b2bb3c13722ab9d95f3c94a
