Drop support for older Python versions
Add support for testing with tox
Migrate setup.py to pyproject.toml
Add support to Python 3.12, replacing the deprecated function pkg_resources.resource_stream with importlib.resources.files

Do you know when you will be able to release a new version with this fix? It would be great if this is fixed before the new subliminal release 😄
