As a logged in website user, I can view my previous orders so that I can keep track of my spending, and see what items I have purchased and when.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Logged in users can access the 'My Orders' page.
[x] The order number and date of all saved orders from the user appear in My Orders.
[x] The user can click on an order and see the order in more detail.
