As a user, I can find and easily fill in the contact form so that I can get in touch with the restaurant, sharing necessary details/information.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Create a contact form.
[x] Create a page called Contact Us, containing the form.
[x] Have links to the form in the instance that a guest makes a large booking, or can't find a table at the right time/date.
[x] Make a clickable link in the footer that redirects the user to the contact page.
