Add new filters #159

This PR adds 3 new filters:

wp2d_post_filter to filter the full post content output
wp2d_excerpt_filter to filter the post excerpt output
wp2d_tags_filter to filter the tags output

Also, a new display option "None", to not display any content in the shared post. This can be used if the user relies on Open Graph data rendered by diaspora*.

Fixes #157

@gutobenn Was just thinking, maybe it would be better to rename them:

wp2d_post_filter
wp2d_excerpt_filter
wp2d_tags_filter

What do you think?

@gutobenn Sorry I didn't wait with the release till you approved here, but I had to get this out and will be offline for over a week now 😁

Hope that's ok. Will try my best to not make any more PRs like this on such short notice!
