change user URLs back to IDs #858

Due to the problems with the user urls, we should change them from e.g. https://www.iplantatree.org/user/Holle%2520baby%2520food%2520AG to https://www.iplantatree.org/user/XXXIDXXX

important: We have to redirect all current user URLs (301) and make sure that the wigets links work too.
