Thanks for contributing Ayush. I am also not a fan of supporting ide specific code in repos. I would suggest writing a personal blog on this (How to enable debugging for Dice DB with VSCode) and we would be happy to link to it in contributing guide.

It works great for your personal portfolio as well as keeping us ide agnostic.
