Can't change border sizeq #31

I added debuff icons. I see a 5-10 pixel border around everything. I can't seem to change this. I am trying to put a 1-2 pixel border around my debuffs. How do I do this?

Is the border around each buff or around the group as a whole? Also check if you have the Enabled checked under Masque if you have this addon installed, then Masque will skin the icons. and this has been the reason for similar questions in the past
