Downloadable Mod for 1.18 #6

Could someone please compile this for 1.18? There doesn't appear to be a compiled copy available for download, and I know 1.18 copys exist, but what I don't know? What I don't know is how to compile a Fabric mod. Could someone please compile it? I really want it for the SMP I will make maybe for my main gaming channel. #5 is an example of how 1.18 support exists, but isn't compiled.

Also could I have some install instructions? As I mentioned I'm hopeless with fabric XD

Does it need the Fabric and Fabric API? What about that "Fabric Loom" thing?
