Change the map center #26

It's a bit disconcerting when reports start coming in but the map remains blank.

Better centre: top of Woodvale Road, 53.374129, -1.511625

Will do this as a first "rolling update"....

Instead go for 53.375564, -1.506785, one zoom level in from where we are now.
