Test area filter of the Seeding Report page #155

Pull Request Description

Added Cypress test file under the Seeding Report sub-tab of the FieldKit tab (/farmdata2_modules/fd2_field_kit/seedingInput/) that checked the functionality of the form's area filter.

Addresses #31

@wpgoble When we were doing the tests, Gabe and I were comparing the area options available on the area filter and there was a discrepancy. Gabe had three options while I had four (without counting the 'All' option), we were using the same date range and I believe our configuration was pretty much the same. Do you know what could be the cause of this Professor Goble?
