This PR intends to upload more improvements on skin packs, including:

[x] An upgrade to the new format, introduced in Pyxel 2 (getting rid of any An old Pyxel resource file 'resource_xyz.pyxres' is loaded. Please re-save it with the latest Pyxel.)
[x] More options to customize, such as setting up the screen color and the stars
[x] Anything else we could improve?

I will merge this PR, it's safe to introduce the changes into the mainstream :)
