Update without wiping #96

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No

Describe the solution you'd like Update to latest version of server and oxide without wiping the map.

Describe alternatives you've considered I can manually do this by making a backup, updating, starting, renaming my backup files to match the names of the new files (replace 204 with 205 for example) and replacing new files with backed up files, and restarting. But it's a pain.
