improve bingo goals for reading stuff by adding dupes

if the dupes are all in the same map then you know "I need to get 1 from this map" and don't have to worry about which is which

also means we might need to mix up some of the existing ones, when there are 2 unique ones in the same map it betrays the above rule which would be confusing

I think the man who was thursday in 14_OceanLab_Lab (14_Book04) should get a dupe? and maybe the one in 10_Paris_catacombs (10_Book03)

and aren't some of these books in area 51 too? those should probably have dupes if they don't already
