I think the rebreathers in battery park, and armor in warehouse need defined coordinates too

defined coordinates change the dynamics of how the datacube logic gets applied. Likely these datacubes need datacube rules defined to ensure they can end up in a reasonable number of spots.

Added datacubes now have datacube_rules applied as necessary, as of a6ba0b2 . All added datacube locations have been validated across vanilla and Revision.
