Chat Distortion Semi-Functional #561

Howdy y'all!

We seem to be having some issues with chat distortion working correctly. I'm using Brewery in conjunction with Towny and TownyChat. Chat distortion works correctly when using commands such as /msg, /g, /global, /tc, etc. But when a players selects a channel and talks normally within that channel (such as the default channel) the chat distortion does not work.

Version: 3.1.1 Framework: git-Paper-445 (MC 1.19.3)

Use TownyChatRemake ;) it doesn't have this bug
