change Grass to Short_Grass #612

Accounts for the change in the name of Grass to Short_Grass in Minecraft version 1.20.3 and 1.20.4. This fixes issues in the brewing of absinthe, green absinthe, and potato soup, but since this is an edit to the config.yml file, users who are already using this plugin will have to implement this change manually.
