Also here same issue. Re-installed app, but no improvement. When entering the API key (already second one, generated by install firm) , I still get the message: 'SYstem ID or API key are incorrect, please check your settings'
Did they save the settings after generating the API key? This is often the issue.
The second given API key did the trick. The said they knew to save the key.

Good to know! Now added a warning to the pairing screen with this message as well.

Got an api key and id from my installer. Installed the zonnepanelen app in Homey, choosed to install a new apparaat, choosed the app. choosed solaredge, copied the api key and also tried to fill it character by character. But no succes. Once I got a message pairing not possible. Uninstalled and installed the app several times. Is there a solution or did I something wrong
