D2L file upload #14

Heard back from a professor friend who only has access to test data directly from D2L.

If we can obtain a file template, we should be able to upload D2L data directly (probably have to filter by variables containing 0/1 because the file will have many other identifiers)

D2L data natively bizarre - need to confirm long-form format (questions repeated within a single column, all answers [correct + distractors] provided in separate rows, individual test takers stacked in long format across administered items)
