2 years ago can you delete it and make it stop spinning? It has lots of seeds however.

2 years ago delete what? are you sure there are WebRTC (webtorrent) peers? TCP/UDP (normal) desktop seed do not count.

2 years ago Again, it's not a problem, it's by design. If there are no WebTorrent seeds for the torrent you are trying to download, there's nothing...
