Deleted unused files (in particular /bin was getting picked up when building the distribution package, which is not desired)
Renamed package to pep8 style. Python package names should be lowercase, just like all other modules
Modules should have short, all-lowercase names. Underscores can be used in the module name if it improves readability.

Require python >=3.11 (need python3.8 or greater for type hints/annotations, but lets stick with >=3.11 unless someone requests something older)
