Addresses #128.

Due to interface changes the CNF notebook did not work.

Changes:

Remove breaking lines looking for REQUIRESNOISE global variable in CNF redefinition.
Change s_span to t_span according to new interface
Reduce the number of epochs from 300 to 32 as this still gives reasonable results and is much faster on my cpu-only build.
Change indexing around as some of this has changed in the way NeuralODE models return data
