Add Poetry Poe task for automatic Torch+CUDA installation via light-the-torch (which is not a dependency but only used to force CUDA installation
Substitute force-cuda11 with autoinstall-torch-cuda
Update README
Remove media/ folder since unused (now under diffeqml-media)
Add CITATION.cff file for automatic link between repo and citation (as described here)
