Adding a test for B factor #86

This PR adds a test for running simulations at B>1. Spoiler alert, it's failing ^^ @modichirag @dlanzieri So obviously we have a bug somewhere. We should find it, and add a fix to this PR, that would make this test not fail anymore. @modichirag said he might have time to look into this.

ah I think I actually found and fixed the bug, looking at the code for 10s.
