No current way to check fabric player mods on velocity & spigot
Describe the solution you'd like
A velocity & spigot version compatible with the fabric version
Additional context
Fabric players with the mod will send their mod list to the server
Velocity/Spigot server will check modlist & block player from joining if they have a blacklisted mod (like current)
