For the python naive, you may want to list the dependencies in the README, including Jupyter, since I am sure that since the article publication, some non-experienced people will want to try it out.

I think that overall the whole idea is very useful and potentially much better than other means at measuring tremor and treatment response.

Is there any way of including a tremor frequency analysis using the data? Perhaps using np.fft.rfft?

Thanks for the comment! I am open for any additional analytic options, which I am still exploring myself.... Feel free to fork the project as you wish; if I have an update in Python, I will post it here. Will cc my contacts at Technical University of Eindhoven on this.
