Update: Remove superfluent English translations

In this PR we are slimming down the uneccessary amount of code in our codebase.

This PR changes the language router to always pick en-US for visitors from the following locale regions:

• en-AU
• en-CA
• en-GB
• en-IN
• en-NG
• en-NZ (and of course if from en-US)

Those folders and indexes have also been removed.
