We have created and committed to code a dozen sample person records in JSON. Some of these were extracted (by hand) from SNAP, others hand-crafted from Wikidata, British History Online, etc.
Work to programmatically extract JSON from the RDF will proceed in parallel, but the sample JSON should be adequate for testing.
