Related to issue #89

We didn't have a particular visual display to tell the user that the text was truncated.

From now on when the title or the summary will be too long we add "..." to indicate to the user that the display of the title or the summary is incomplete.

Closes #89

Exemple :

Fixes a problem with the summary truncate which was not displayed correctly in the event of the presence of several html tags in the content

OK for the section title. For the section summary, in this case below, we still have text after the 3rd row, another

but we dont see the indication "..."
