Enhance Mode Switching #175

This implements a feature where mode switching is recorded in a configuration file (e2xgrader_config.json). Additionally, a function has been added to retrieve the currently activated mode. This functionality enables future adjustments to specific parts of e2xgrader based on the active mode.
