SPP file not being created in 2018.1.0 #2

It appears that there is a command line parameter parsing issue in 2018.1.0 which prevents the project file from being created as well as the project file being appended to the export path. A bug report has been submitted, just waiting on a response.

Allegorithmic support have indicated that specifying a ".spp is meant only for updating a pre existing project file and not for creating a new project file so a manual save is currently required for 2018.1.0+, hopefully this behavior is restored.
