Look into possible chest locks #29

With the possible loss of sprout, we should look into alternatives to protect chests (before we were going to use Logblock with Chest Logging via Spout which could rollback/log etc).

Is it worth home coding a simple Sign Lock, or something database driven or should we look to a third party plugin?

Let's use LWC for now, it does it's job well.
